All content on this and all other Green Quest, LLC websites is subject to DMCA, product licensing, and International Copyright Laws. (Green Quest/ GreenQuest)
Our architectural drawings, news articles, educational tools, drawings, graphs, logos, graphics, Q/A, knowledge base, images, photos, audio, video, and all other content are fully Copyrighted by the Green Quest organization, or by other legal owners of the materials we include.
All our content and digital images are subject to DMCA and other International Copyright Laws and are strictly enforced. If you are using any 'content or digital images' on your websites, blogs, or email, you must comply with proper copyright Credits and links per DMCA guidelines.
Licensing Rights /Use Agreements
1)
Ownership: GreenQuest does not grant title or ownership of 2D/3D Models. All rights of 2D/3D Models not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by GreenQuest for itself and its licensors. These models and drawings are not Public Domain and cannot be shared, copied, or distributed on the Internet, or by any other digital means. These can, however, be shared by teams (see #3 below).

Rights Granted: For 2D/3D Models, GreenQuest grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to adapt, modify, create derivative works, transform, or render our drawings and models for personal or commercial use.
3) Rights Granted When Sharing 2D/3D Models: If you purchase our drawings as an employee of a corporate entity, sharing Purchased 2D/3D drawings and models with other co-workers of your corporate entity is allowed by our agreement. Examples of allowed sharing includes storing files on a networked hard drive and aggregating 2D/3D Models for use in future projects and creations. You are responsible for any distribution, use, or misuse by a recipient of a shared 2D/3D Models. In all cases, sharing our 2D/3D Models with external persons or companies is only allowed in the following situations, and with the following restrictions:
a. In the design or a Creation owned solely by you, if you are working in collaboration with co-workers or external parties, and there is a need to share 2D/3D Models for the development and design of your Creation, the sharing 2D/3D Models with those external parties is allowed. Any external party that receives 2D/3D Models may only use the 3D Models on your specific Creations and must take reasonable care to secure and limit access to 2D/3D Models for that specific purpose.
b.
In the creation of a project owned by another entity (Example: “your Client”), if you are working as an independent contractor and need to share 2D/3D Models with your Client, or any external parties who are working with your Client, the sharing 2D/3D Models is allowed, subject to the restriction that all involved parties may use 2D/3D Models only for your Client’s particular project or Creation, and for subsequent versions of your Client’s Creation, such as sequel movies or Computer Games that utilize the same 2D/3D Models. All parties must be responsible to secure and to limit access to 2D/3D Models to the parties working only on your Client’s Creation. For all other use by any party, the 2D/3D Models must be Purchased again to create a new license agreement governing that new use.
4) Editorial Use Restriction for our 2D/3D Models: The following restrictions apply to all 2D/3D Models. Editorial Use of non-modified 2D/3D Models is Permitted, but must include clearly visible credits AND links, to GreenQuest, and Shipping Container Drawings.org website.
Permitted use of our Intellectual Property in such 2D/3D Models is limited to use by news media in the creation of various journalistic, cultural, editorial, or otherwise newsworthy value, including news reporting on television and the Internet. Also, a second permitted use is within academic settings, limited to teaching, scholarship, and research with the same Credit reference. This restriction does not apply if you have the proper authorization to use the Depicted Intellectual Property for your project or Creation. Example: if you are the rightful owner of the modified Depicted Intellectual Property, or the team, hired party, or legal licensee of the modified Depicted Intellectual Property owner.
5) Depicted Intellectual Property: GreenQuest does not own or license any Depicted Intellectual Property of other companies or entities. GreenQuest does not make any representations or warranties regarding Depicted Intellectual Property associated with our 2D/3D Models. The buyer is 100% responsible for determining the needs for and, if appropriate, obtaining any needed consent, clearance, or release to use any Depicted Intellectual Property in, or for your Creations.

Unauthorized Use: If you use 2D/3D Models in an unauthorized way, GreenQuest has the legal right to terminate your account and pursue other penalties, damages, losses, and profits that GreenQuest may be entitled to under this agreement. The following are unauthorized uses that are strictly prohibited:
a. Competition. You may not use our 2D/3D Models in a way that competes with our Websiite(s), including distributing through 3D Model Clearinghouses. You may not publish, distribute, or make 2D/3D Models available through any online distribution medium. You
may not re-distribute our 2D/3D Models as part of a design template, stock photography, After Effects template, clip ar, or video for distribution or licensing via any online stock media organizations or clearinghouses of any type.
b.
Re-Distribution. You
may not re-distribute, publish, or make 2D/3D Models available to any third parties except in the form of a legally permitted Creation, or shared as authorized in this agreement.
c. Bulk or Group Buying: You may not aggregate funds to Purchase 2D/3D Models with one or more other parties. An example of such prohibited use is a membership website where members pool their funds to make a single Purchase that is shared by other members of the group. Each such member must Purchase the 2D/3D Models and drawings individually.
d. False Attribution: You may not misrepresent yourself as the creator of our 2D/3D Models.

Termination: Your license grant will be terminated immediately and without notice in the cases listed below. In the cas of such termination, you and any recipients of 3D Models must immediately cease the use or distribution, and must destroy all copies of the 2D or 3D Models.
a. Reversal of Purchase. Your right and license to our 2D/3D Models are contingent on your legal Purchase of our 2D/3D Models. Any payment refund of a product (model) for any reason, will immediately terminate all rights granted under this agreement. Potential Reasons for a payment reversal can include:
- If GreenQuest reverses your Purchase at your written request.
- If GreenQuest receives a charge-back or other notice from your bank or credit card which cancels your Purchase and/or withdrawal of the funds used for your Purchase.
- GreenQuest determines in its sole discretion that your Purchase was fraudulent.
b. Failure to Abide by the License Grant. Material failure to abide by the terms of this agreement immediately terminates your right and license to 2D/3D Models.
If you detect a violation of the license grant by yourself or any recipient of shared 2D/3D Models, promptly report the violation to our Legal department, GreenQuest will make a good faith effort to find an appropriate remedy to preserve your license grant.
8) Term: Your right and license to our 2D/3D Models is perpetual, unless terminated as herein described in this Legal Policy.
